A deposit of $2,500 is required within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation.
The deposit will be used to secure the boat and cover the fuel costs at the start of your hire. Any unused fuel will be refunded to you via direct debit. Should you use more fuel than initially provided, additional fuel costs will be charged at a rate per litre.
Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy is standard for most houseboat rentals, though individual owners may have different policies. If you cancel within 120 days of your departure date, all payments made will be forfeited.

Your vehicles will be parked in our workshop yard and will be returned to you on the day of your arrival back. Please note that your vehicles are parked at your own risk, and we do not accept liability for them while they are on our premises.
On days 3 or 4, either Scott or Damon will contact you via radio during their rubbish run to check if you need fuel and to see how everything is going with your trip.
