A deposit of $1,000.00 is required within 14 days of booking to secure your reservation.
This deposit secures the boat and covers the initial fuel provided at the start of your hire. Any unused fuel will be refunded via direct debit. If additional fuel is used, it will be charged at the applicable per-litre rate.
Please note: While this cancellation policy is commonly adopted by most houseboat owners, individual owners may have their own specific policies. Cancellations made more than 120 days before departure will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Your vehicles will be parked in our workshop yard and will be returned to you on the day of your arrival back. Please note that your vehicles are parked at your own risk, and we do not accept liability for them while they are on our premises.
On days 3 or 4, either Scott or Damon will contact you via radio during their rubbish run to check if you need fuel and to see how everything is going with your trip.
